http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/trurl_pagecontent?lp=en_en&trurl=<type_your_url>

For ex:

If www.lbsce.net is blocked at your office,  try http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/trurl_pagecontent?lp=en_en&trurl=www.lbsce.net

This is a small trick. This uses the translation services from babelfish. Here, we try to translate from English to English and the url we requested is served from the babelfish servers.

Earlier Google translation also was possible to do this. Now Google has blocked the translation from a language to itself.
